Astradial lets businesses send and receive WhatsApp messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta. When a business connects its WhatsApp Business Account to Astradial, including by signing in with Facebook, we receive and store:

We use this data only to deliver the business's messages, show its conversation history and message status, manage its templates and bill for usage. We do not read your personal Facebook profile, friends or posts, we do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising. Message data is processed by Meta under the WhatsApp Business terms and Meta's privacy policy. The business that sends you messages is responsible for having your consent to contact you on WhatsApp.

To delete your data, email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and the phone number or account it concerns. We confirm the request and delete the data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).

A business can also disconnect its WhatsApp Business Account from Astradial at any time, or remove Astradial in Meta Business Settings under Integrations. We then stop accessing the account, delete its access token, and delete its stored messages within 30 days.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
